I'm really bad about
overdoing it - but I do have to admit that I usually 'have help' in that I am (sadly) the most 'able bodied' between hubby and me - so when things suddenly need to be done, I usually do them, or am at least highly involved. Each time is different for me each time I do it.
For example, I'm the only one that can take the twisting motion of using a weed eater, and some days I can do only one hour on it, other days I can do more than 2 hours of work. I can "pay the same amount" for each time, so it's more up to the way my body perceives it, where it is before I start.
Some days I'm sore for a day and it's no big deal, other times I'm wiped out for 2 days, no matter how long I used the weed eater.
I do hope that today is not too bad for you though! Rest and recover as you feel you need to.
