Well, congratulations on the improved energy!!!!
I would say that psych help won't help much with the physical issues.
Check your meds - make sure they aren't causing this. Is it possible that you started out on too high of a dose? Has anything changed in the last few weeks as far as dose sizes or if new meds/herbs were added in?
Try fresh ginger tea (1 tsp grated fresh ginger to a cup of water, sweetened with stevia or xylitol up to 4 times a day) for the nausea. This was the only thing that helped my nausea - no pharma meds touched it.
And, just a question, have you tried going to bed a bit earlier and just getting up at 6:30 when your body seems to want you to? I ask because if I don't get up when my body is ready, I feel a LOT worse. If it's a matter of not being able to get to sleep, and waking up like this, I would encourage you to get your adrenals tested with a 4 point saliva test. At least rule that out.
