For neurolyme sufferers, I just wanted to say, this sauna is making a huge difference in my health. There are multi-faceted health benefits from the sauna.

One I noticed today was if you take biofilm busters (grapeseed extract/nattokinase, ect), and herbs and abx about a 1/2 hour before using the sauna, the sauna dialates blood vessels and capilaries in the body and it seems to allow more through the blood brain barrier. I had a killer, more deeply penetrating herx after I tried that on my last session.

Having an infrared sauna in my house allows me to use it every day. It really clears up brain fog, and I feel the effects the whole next day. Also, because it's in my house, I can use it every day, instead of just on the weekend like I used to do because I'd have to go down to the YMCA to use their sauna.

The one I bought was through Rocky Mountain Sauna. For the price, you get an insane deal for the product they deliver. A lot of sauna for your money. And it's really classy looking. It actually kind of dresses up my basement. smile

That's great - you're really benefitting from the sauna!

It's sounding good to me right now - our weather changed and it's a bit cold and rainy. Would be nice to have a sauna in my house!
Thanks for posting this, gfields
