-you should seriously consider dropping sugar and gluten. 2 very major inflammatory elements. It's a sacrifice that if you're disciplined, it will be absolutely worth it. I have a sweet tooth too, I know the pain, but I did what needed to be done and it made me feel a lot better.
If you find yourself craving the taste sometime (of sugar for instance), as crazy as it may sound, you could just chew it and spit it, instead of putting that inflammatory, lyme/yeast feeding load into your system. I do this from time to time and experience around a 70% satisfaction.
