I'm sorry -- that's tough.
I have three kids who I can't drive around much right now. One was with me when I had a herx panic attack that I thought was a heart attack. Thank goodness it wasn't the anxious kid.
Anyway, I would send her to daycare so you can rest completely and then have more energy for her when she's home. I think for her to be in a positive environment would be better than seeing you stressed all day. I practice something close to attachment parenting and I love to be with my kids, but they really pick up on my feelings. I don't have the patience I want to have with my youngest (age 5) right now, but I'm able to fake it before and after school. I'm glad to have him cared for well by others for now and I love on him lots in the morning and at night.
Your daughter is so young that she won't even remember that you aren't paying with her as much as you want to right now. (My older son doesn't remember the hours I spent on the floor paying with Legos with him -- grr.) So let someone care for her and work on getting well.
