I was earlier, until I found this.... I know its a podcast, a guided meditation for the masses, but I swear to you that its about Lyme. I swear.

Isn't it amazing? My husband was like, "What's wrong with you? I don't get it. Are you happy or sad? Are you ok?"

And I'm like laugh-crying, "nnn-nnn-oooooooo". LOL.

I NEVER cry.

I cried...but not laugh-crying...just crying.


I'm not good at surrendering...Being in control is my safety net. That's why this experience is so darn difficult.

Awwww... Girlie!

I tried "Accepting Change" today. If you're up to it, its a little less soul wrenching and a little more reflective about surrendering ;) and trusting the process. Equally as good.

I didn't cry.
