Why are my tremors/vibrations worse in the morning upon waking?

I am having these intense shivers early when I awaken.extremely fatigue and cold.they seem to be in the torso .on and off pains in different area.they will leave one area and show in another.the worst is the knees
.all of a sudden it is worst and the shivers stay today but not as sever.most times they will leave in the after noon.today is the worst for me.Dr says osteoarthritis and use heat.I told him I would need ten heating pads.he never heard of the feeling of lump in the throat.I have an appt with an ears nose and throat specialist and a new rheumotoligist.not happy with the one I have.forgive spelling.it just the symptoms have progressed.I did have limes three times,had checked and the doctor said no affects left over.most tremors are in the middle of middle of torrosa.the inner shivers are like ones you get when hungry.the severe chills can come about out of the blue..they will last about fifteen min the be ok.but they are become more severe.eyes are dry but no problem.I finally told doctors I want answer that they take the time to do some research and not play one shoe fits all.I did have a fall two times and not the front of my head above my eye.am looking into some changes I notice since then.just so tired of no one taking me serious.they say see your doctor so I told them to have my best interest at heart

I also was diagnosed with ptsd.my mother died in my arms,I found my aunt dead in bed,my husband had Parkinson's with leery body disease,died from a double blood clot that went to his brain,daughter,thirty years of age died of cancer a year ago and my best friend of seventh died this match of cancer.

I have asked about adrenal fatigue but have always been dismissed stating they are not sure of it.who do you see to find out.all day anxiety but I know different.I told them what I am dealing with causes depression and anxiety. It is heart wrenching when your doctor dismissed you and they are not aware of the new testing.they need to experience what your day involves
