my bro tried both and DMT. He credited much of his healing to DMT. He was ok for a little while and in remission, but recently relapsed. Still doing DMT as far as I can tell.

Kambo sounds terrifying. Apparently, there is a guy in my building who does it. A mutual friend was supposed to put me in contact with him, but never did. I'm just going to Infusio. Sounds a little less painful.

Yes

I have Lyme babesia and had bartonella as well as EBV, Mycopladma and C pnuemoniae

I’ve worked with ayahuasca every 2 weeks at least for the last 15 months and I am A LOT better

I had meningitis from Lyme and it has greatly helped all things memory and neurological; however, it has not cured me as fatigue is still quite s problem!!

It has allowed me to feel safe inside my body again and reignited my wellness in spiritual ways that as you know is severely affected when your nervous system is being terrorized

I am so thankful for this medicine

I have not worked w Kambo but may in the future. It frightens me a bit as what if the frog had infectious disease??

I have worked w Rapay. That has been phenomenal.

Prayers for all you - may you feel safe and supported in your sickness and encouraged in your health. Blessings

Wow! That's pretty serious. I've done ayahuasca in ceremony twice and smoked DMT/Changa 50+ times. Not so much since Lyme. I chickened out of the last ceremony only to instantly regret it. I was just so afraid of going so deep and then having some bs like heart palpitations ruin it. But it sounds like it could actually be a very good thing. I really do consider ayahuasca one of, if not the, highest forms of medicine. It won't cure all physical ails directly, but it really addresses the psychospiritual components in a way nothing else can. Even though I haven't done it since Lyme I give it a lot of credit for getting me through as my old self would not have been half as resilient

This one gave me quite the double-take. I've taken psychedelics, and they are invaluable for the spirit and mental health, but I wouldn't have considered them as a treatment for these infections. Sure enough, Pubmed has a hit:

The Therapeutic Potentials of Ayahuasca: Possible Effects against Various Diseases of Civilization

...immunoregulation by DMT is a bidirectional process. Sig-1Rs are expressed together with 5-HT receptors in immune cells conveying both inflammatory and anti-inflammatory signals. These receptors are essential in the “fine-tuning” of innate and adaptive immune responses. Human clinical studies showed that ayahuasca can alter the number and distribution of blood immune cells in a way that can increase the antiviral and anti-tumor immunity of the consumer. Ayahuasca also influences the distribution of lymphocyte subpopulation: CD4 lymphocytes decrease and the number of natural killer cells increase significantly with time. The possible anti-cancer activity of the decoction makes it a promising candidate for further researches in novel pharmacotherapies. Furthermore, DMT may also be an adaptogen increasing the survival rate of neurons or other cell types during acute hypoxia or under chronic oxidative stress.

Mental/Spiritual and physical processes can not be separated. Any benefit to the nervous system is essentially a benefit to the immune system. Though it's hard to ascribe a specific benefit to the acute effects of ayahuasca, the long term reductions in stress and so on are as important to well being as eating right, exercising, sleeping well and so on. In this respect it is potent medicine. I wouldn't like anyone to get the idea that simply ingesting the brew will eradicate their Lyme. While there may be direct and indirect antimicrobial effects those are pretty poorly described. The general benefit to overall well-being on the other hand is self-evident.
