My LLMD has me on Biotics Research ADP Oil of Oregano but I have almost finished my bottle and am thinking about other brands as these taste terrible. Does anyone have any other brands that worked well for them that don't taste so bad? I noticed the NOW brand has small gels that look easy to swallow and probably not much of a taste but it's a blend of oils so not sure if they are as good or not. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

The brand you are taking has a good reputation.
Have you thought of putting the drops in empty "00" geletan capsules so you won't be tasting the oil. I have taken other oregano oils but I think it is best to stay with top quality to get the results you want.

Well I have the tablets and they smell and taste like strong oregano. They are manageable but I don't enjoy taking them at all so was hoping to find something tasteless. The NOW brand gels have great reviews on amazon but that doesn't necessarily mean they are of high quality so I was curious about that brand and other brands.
Good to know that the Biotics Research brand is top quality though so maybe I will just continue with those.

My LLND has me taking Designs for Health brand of Oil of Oregano. They are small softgels that have no taste at all. My instructions are 2-3 capsules 3 times a day before a meal.

Dr Zhang (John Hopkins)did side by side studies of Oil of Oregano and IV daptomycin against persistor Lyme and found both to be equally effective.

Last year I did about 16 weeks of Mon, Fri, Wed IV Rocephin which is also a very good protocol for persistor Lyme. I stopped that almost exactly one year ago. When I did that I was in the infusion room with the same people pretty often so we would chat on how we were feeling. None of us herxed strongly. The only noticeable reactions were fatigue and then over time we all felt a lot better. I'm noticing the same fatigue taking the Oil of Oregano so I'm hoping that it will lead to the same steps forward in progress

Thank you, I will check out that brand as small soft gels sound perfect! I was also looking at the Gaia brand as their turmeric has worked wonders for me but if your LLND suggested Designs for Health I may go with those.

Ive decided that i do need the 4 drops of oregano oil but i could not find what to take it with. This is my noontime drink now. A small glass of Clamato juice with those 4 drops of oregano. Wife here makes tinctures of knotweed and sarsaparilla. I add 1 tablespoon of home made knottweed tincure in 40% alcohol, 1 dropperful of sarsaparilla, and 1 dropper full of black radish Intrinsic. It goes down nicely almost like a cocktail. But Clamato has MSG in it but my thinking is that this little amount of MSG will not kill me because the other stuff is so good for me. I tried the same substituting tomato juice for the Clamato but its just not the same tasty concoction. Knotweed grows here all over the place and the town is trying to get rid of it so you have to be carefull where you go digging the roots up. You do not want to go where the town has treated the knotweed with roundup. Also you should take it far away from any pavement so that you do not get any of the road contaminates on the roots.
After 4 years of battling lyme now, i do feel quite healthy except for my lyme swollen incapacitated knee. But even that is slowly but very slowly healing. I pray and hope i will walk again with no cane or pain. xfmlg
