Hello fellow Lyme friends!
I have been doing herbal-only treatments for over a year, and feel about 90% better. However, I work full-time, have 2 little kids, stress with family, and I can't seem to get myself to 'remission.' I have a few things that have resurfaced or are new that are bugging me and looking for reassurance and suggestions. They lymph node stuff freaks me out!

1. Lymph nodes in groin and neck - swell, rubbery, some hard in groin (have been for a long time), ache and itch at times, radiate. I do have Bartonella which seems to create most of my symptoms. Thoughts? Reassurance? Ideas to treat?

2. Nausea. I started a homeopathic lymph drainage as well as Carnivora per my Chinese Herbalist and they both seem to make me REALLY nauseous I think. Anyone else have this and ideas on how to overcome the nausea so I can continue using?

3. Ear sensitivity. I am suddenly very sensitive to noise. My kids yelling hurt my ears, loud music hurts my ears, lots of noise that didn't used to bother me definitely do now. What gives?

Thanks!

1. Lymph system herb is Red Root. I did tincture. Start low and go slow.

2. Digestive enzyme - I love my chewable papaya. American Health Super Papaya Enzyme Plus Chewable. I also love bone broth. I drink it like tea. I use it as the base of a soup. I get Pacific brand organic and found the turkey bone broth the tastiest. Peppermint tea and chamomile tea are good. And ginger! Either raw, pickled (like with sushi) or as a tea.

3. Ear plugs. I had to wear them. There is a section of our highway where the road is really bad and I had to wear them when we would travel down that section. Our tv volume sure had to be lowered also.

For me and my husband, it was all part of lyme.
