Hi! Thank God for these boards! I am self treating babesia right now and it has been so helpful to search different questions. Despite hours and hours of research, I have no confidence in my protocol! I have seen many people choose not to take L-arginine because they have EBV but it seems like such a key supplement. Does anyone know a substitute for it? I am going to take Bidens Pilosa and Panax Ginseng which helps but is that enough? Or has anyone taken it when they have EBV? I surprisingly tested positive to it but I was never diagnosed with it or remember a sickness resembling it. Thank you!

I don't have active EBV - well I don't think I do.

When my LLND told me to take L-Arginine - he said to take L-Lysine with it to counteract.

But not sure if that would work if you do have EBV reactivated.
