Overwhelmed with all the supplements

An anyone advise on what I can take and when please?

Ive got no structure to what I’m taking and when and missing pills etc

This is what I am taking:

Jk
Cats claw
Andrographis
Ashwaghanda powder
Vit C
Vit D
B complex
Flaxseed oil
Milk thistle
Probiotic
Zinc
Collagen
Magnesium oil spray ( usually apply at night)
Activated charcoal

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

The Japanese Knotweed, Andrographis, Cats claw build up to three times a day. Morning, lunch nighttime. I try to space them apart evenly, depends on your schedule when you wake up etc.

Milk thistle I take A.M., afternoon and P.M.

Collagen I take in A.M. with my coffee.

The Vit C I take A.M. and Afternoon.


All the supplements/vitamins I do according to a schedule my llmd set up. I take them three times a day. She has me taking some different things in the afternoon and evening. It was all figured out per my blood work and stool testing.


The activated charcoal I try to fit in at least three times a week, usually in between afternoon and evening supplements/herbals. Just make sure 2 hours away from taking anything else.


Probiotics I really try to do the right before bedtime so it has time to work all night while I'm sleeping. But if I mess up I will fit it in during day about 1 1/2 hr after herbals/ supplements.


It is difficult and a pain in the butt sometimes but it gets easier with time .


Hopefully others will be along to help out too.

This is really helpful thank you, you have a great llmd, mine just writes me the pills and off I go! I’m taking the herbs twice a day at the moment but will try work up to 3 times.

I’m waking up at 3am to take my charcoal but will try for that in during the day too

I would literally do everything the same way goshawk described, that was a really excellent post.

The only thing I have to add is that Ashwaghanda can lower your cortisol sometimes, so careful with that.

Also vitamin D is sometimes not good for Lyme people, contrary to it being so popular in health magazines etc. lately.

In the future you could even do Japanese Knotweed and Cat's Claw 4 times a day. But it seems you're still working up to 3, so that's not for now smile

I didn’t know about vitamin D not being good, maybe I will lower the dose, the ashwaghanda I am taking every other day for anxiety, only started that yesterday so not sure if it will help.
