I would literally do everything the same way goshawk described, that was a really excellent post.
The only thing I have to add is that Ashwaghanda can lower your cortisol sometimes, so careful with that.
Also vitamin D is sometimes not good for Lyme people, contrary to it being so popular in health magazines etc. lately.
In the future you could even do Japanese Knotweed and Cat's Claw 4 times a day. But it seems you're still working up to 3, so that's not for now
