When I put pressure on my right foot there a pain I can feel in my second toe, it’s not really bad pain but it’s there, it’s specifically when I am bending the foot when going to take a step.

I had an Epsom salt bath last night, could it be because of that?

I get foot pain when I herx because I have bartonella, so perhaps. My foot pain occurs on the bottom of my feet, though.

I've never herxed from an epsom salt bath, when I take them they relieve my herxes.

Szabo - it could be part of a herx...did you get an increase in other symptoms as well?

Sometimes we do get other symptoms appearing during treatment....and they're not always due to a herx.

i will get some random jabs of pain sometimes...and it's not necessarily a herx...

No other symptoms Girlie, other than this niggling shoulder pain which I’m not sure if it’s a symptom or damage.
I just thought I made some hummus with quite a lot of garlic in and have been eating that could it be from the garlic?

I guess it could be anything?! I’m stopping the cats claw for a week. I found that applying magnesium oil is proving some relief to the foot pain

My foot pain from bartonella was only in the morning when I got out of bed.

But, I started wearing socks to bed...and it's non-existent now.

I haven't gone to bed without socks...to see if the foot pain comes back....I really should test it.

Is it related to temperature for you then, keeping your feet warm?

That's what I'm thinking.
Blood flow is increased with heat.

I'm wondering if it's caused by lack of circulation (bart affects our blood vessels) and maybe the socks keeping the feet warm increases the blood flow?

Interesting they were also sore in the summer...when my feet weren't as cold.

Have you tried a rebounder? They are supposed to be good for circulation. I bought one a while back but it’s just been collecting dust!

Must put it to some use!

I don't use a rebounder - I do warm up on my Elitipical - but usually just 3 days a week when I do my cardio.

The foot pain is fine now - hasn't come back with wearing the socks.

I should experiment and go to bed without the socks tonight..

When i was having the pain, it only lasted for a few minutes...by the time I walked down the hall, down the stairs and into the kitchen, the pain was almost gone.
