When I woke up this morning, my hand felt clammy and my fingertips looks wrinkled, I’ve looked at previous posts on this and some said it’s the lyme eating the collagen and some said dehydration, magnesium deficiency, thyroid issue...
As I’ve got up and my hands have warmed it looks better, when I stretch my hand out it’s more visible.
I’ve started taking collagen supplements and apply magnesium oil at night, any other advice would be appreciated
My fingers are like that - mainly on my left hand...that is where I have the nerve issues. Not sure if it's a blood -flow issue...or what's causing it.
Much better now since treatment.
