Been dealing with weird neurological issues, but this was bad. I woke up around midnight and had an intense feeling of fear and a feeling like I was losing my mind and self identify. I was shaking and trembling and when I went to stand up I almost couldn't walk. My motor function skills were super uncoordinated and it was difficult to walk. My leg muscles felt weak and very shaky. I had to take a Xanax .25 mg to calm down. I feel ok now, can walk fine, still a bit unnerved . Anyone ever experience this? Is this what they call night terrors? Any advice would be appreciated. Should I be concerned about some kind of over toxicity?

The only thing I added to my regimen yesterday around 5 pm was Turmeric. Had a similar less intense episode the other time I took turmeric about a week ago.

Thanks

Frank

Turmeric can have an effect on yeast. Yeast can have many symptoms when it dies off also. Not sure if you have candida issue or not.

Is is just organic Turmeric or other ingredients added in, you may be sensitive/allergic to those possibly since this happened both times you took Turmeric.

Are you taking any binders?

Im so sorry you had to experience these symptoms, it sounds very scary and unsettling.

I hope you are feeling better today, Take care, Jo

Binders? Not that I know of. Can you give me an example?

Binder examples: Activated Charcoal, Powdered Bentonite Clay, Diatomaceous Earth

They bind to the toxins in your digestive system and usher them out of your body.

They need to be taken a couple hours away from food, meds, supplements - as it takes everything with it.

Ah yes.. binders.. sorry, I do have some activated charcoal (coconut based) in powder form. Honestly been scared to take it, as long as I follow the 8 oz per teaspoon mixture far enough apart from meds there should be no issues right?

8 oz per teaspoon mixture?

Is that one tsp in a glass (8 oz) of water? That sounds about right.
Mine is in capsule form.

So, a couple hours away from the meds, and supplements.

I need to drink more than a glass of water...or I get constipated. So, I do 2 glasses.
