I've heard it helps to lower tolerance to Kratom. It's a synthetic supplement so I wanted to make sure it was safe to take especially with lyme. If anyone has tried it before please tell me your experiences. Thanks

Sorry, I have no idea. But this will put you at the top of the list so others can respond.

I've only taken kratom on its own. I also didn't take high doses and not every day so that I wouldn't build up a tolerance. I thought it worked well, but I'm taking low dose naltrexone now and it negates the kratom, sadly. Sorry I couldn't be of more help for you.

What timing on my checking in. I hope everyone had a Merry Xmas. I currently take Agmatine and use Kratom. It has prevented my tolerance from building. I take 1000mg on an empty stomach on wake daily. It works and it doesn't seem to aggravate any virus like Arganine would (it is a metabolite of this). It should take about a week loading of Amagatine before it starts to work.

I now take 8-9 gram doses and I have actually had to lower it to 7 at times. I was dosing upwards of 15g before and constantly finding myself climbing.

Now, that much would give me the jitters, which is how I know I have taken to much.

I did a thread on it here and there is some more tecnical info on reddit.com

It works unlike any other in a way like no other.

Huh interesting chickenarise. Does it affect redosing? One thing I've noticed with kratom is that after a few hours taking more only increases the negative effects and not the positive ones.

Every once in a while re dosing does fail. I will switch the strain when this happens, but re dosing is more effective using agmatine and I dont raise by much because larger dosing can have a negative affect. Try adding less and waiting an hour. Repeat if needed but with smaller doses. I dont know how much you are taking but you are looking for your sweetspot.

Before agmatine I had more failed doses and had trouble with adding on. After being on agmatine for a while I can do add on dosing in smaller amounts.

What negative effects are you having. If I take too much I get slight tremors. If that happens I take Xanax but you dont want to do this unless you have to.

Thank you! That's just what I needed to know! So there are no side effects from the agmatine as long as you don't take too much? I don't need to take it with kratom or before a dose? And should I stop kratom for a few days while I take the agmatine to reset my tolerance? Or do I just take them together? Thanks again.

Does Kratom (without Agmatine Sulfate) help with sleep issues at all?

Does it have antipathogenic properties AKA can it make you herx? Thanks for the insight and sorry for the slightly off-topic questions.
