Hey guys I haven't posted for little to a year due to the fixing and end of most of my symptoms on buhner protocol (which I'm still on) and also fixing my severe messed up gut from antibiotics n all.

Anyway I have dealt with alot of bloating since my mostly raw vegan diet and had some bouts with not eating enough and feeling tired malnourished, since my gut can still get disturbed with other foods but have been eating enough now.

Anyhow about a month ago I got bloating and severe pain after a week of eating some veggie chips n co which I shouldn't of been eating. And then which would get bad after eating mass amount of peas n other vegan foods you would expect too. But recently over past two weeks it has been so bloated which gets really bad after eating and seems and feels distended most the time and around sides but usually only a little (which still looks weird because I am very v skinny.) and then gets bad when eat sometimes n sore then shrink back to this slight distendedness.

anyway my brain has convinced me it is my liver and Ascites fluid accumulation from maybe herbs or something due to the bloat going around sides n appearing so distended (and long dry cough that never leave convince my brain that is connected) . Has anyone had any experience with this liver fluid stuff to knock sense into me?

Or this sound like stomach, candida, gut issues that I have also dealt wit way back?
sorry for the question, I think because of the lack of scares for past 10 months or so this has just shocked me back into ridiculous health lyme anxiety prob and can't get in doctor for month or so

and yeah feel free to ask me any questions on my process to recovery here because I am at what I'd say around 80 90% pretty much normal person, can exercise, think clearly and pretty much do anything all day, with little to no symptoms

this is from being heart arrhythmia ridden, brain pressure, muscle twitches and shakes, vein enlargening, fatigue, gut bleeding, lung issues, + pretty much every Bartonella symptom all day every day n etc for 2 years in out hospital like u guys

Could be candida. If you've used a lot of herbs, those can be hard on the liver too.

My LLMD has recommended the Gundry Plant Paradox. It's all about avoiding lectins, and the diet, like any, has it's naysayers. I do notice that some of the things you're eating, peas and probably beans, are high in lectins. Maybe worth a look for you.

What protocol have you followed? I've have some good days, but I still have some really bad ones - all muscular issues primarily with some fatigue and fog.

You mentioned eating lot of pea products- popular in vegan foods. Some people have issues with peas.

If a liver is really toast there are symptoms that can go along with that. The Jaundice symptoms, lethargy, and the color of # will be light. No taking the Browns to the super bowl (toilet).

That said, D-limonene is one of the best Liver detoxers, its used for actual liver gene defect issues- the phase II process. Jarrow is the best for your $.
Had initial lyme symptoms late 80's, then again w/with bullseye early 90's. Ended ABX for Lyme in 2015. Rebuilding / repairing / fine tuning since then; member "10 Percenters Lyme Club". What an adventure this has been. Hashimotos adds to the enjoyment.
