Have any of you had success with taking magnesium and Boluoke together? The reason I ask is because whenever I try to take magnesium I get extreme shortness of breath which resolves once I discontinue the magnesium. I thought this may be due to an increase in biofilms. I have tried oral, lotion, oil and Epsom salt baths and always get the same result. I feel I need the magnesium due to constipation and muscle twitching I experience. My doctor put me on Boluoke recently and I thought maybe I could try the magnesium again. I'm currently taking 1 Boluoke 3x a day. Should I take more Boluoke to offset the magnesium? Am I on the right track of the biofilms from magnesium causing the breathing problems? Thanks for any input on this matter!

I haven't heard about this reaction with magnesium before.
But this will bump for more views.

Can you call your Dr and ask about it?

Thanks. Yeah I didn't know the magnesium was causing it until I ran out and didn't get more right away and my breathing problems got better. My doctor believes it's babesia causing my breathing problems, but said the Boluoke will help the breathing some.
