As title really, are there any recommended places to buy herbs?, im planning on starting Buhners protocol as soon as I can get hold of them. Ideally someone you know who can ship to Europe would be great.

Buhner has listed some that he recommends.

He did an interview awhile back and listed his top 6 ( or was it 8)

I'll see if I can find the info.

Here are some of his recommended sources (I can't find the list from his interview) - in my Bartonella book.

- Woodland Essence
- Green Dragon Botanicals
- Sage Consulting and Apothecary
- 1st Chinese herbs

Here is the list from his website - it is not really Buhner's website. It is run by the same people that run Planet Thrive.

There are many good sources of herbs now days. It is a very popular field. I look for organic when it is available. I also look for popularity so I will be getting fresh herbs with a higher turnover at the distribution place.

I also look for quick shipping times. When I had brain fog, it was easy for me to not notice I was running low and at the last moment I would need more herbs. I did not want a lapse in my dosages. So reliability in shipping time was important.

Means of shipping. Having been in the shipping business, I know hot areas. Hot areas mean extreme heat in a shipping container (truck, plane, etc). I always check out how they are packaged and where did the herbs travel. And did they sit over the weekend in a hot warehouse waiting to continue their travel to me.

Customer service is so welcome for me. I like talking to them and being able to have special requests fulfilled.

I used Hawaii Pharm a lot. I am not affiliated with them at all. I found a lot of their tinctures available on Amazon Prime! Sage Consulting and Apothecary is one of the best herbal places I used also. Super customer service and I think the best price but slower in delivery time unless you pay for expediting.
