Good morning and happy New year!

I am starting up a new round of meds today. I have never taken Enula drops or the Artemesia supplement before. It is part of my protocol. Can I take them with my abx or do I need to space out and take with my probiotics?

Thanks and have a wonderful day.

Warmly -

Peppermint Tea

Yup I've been doing this for almost a year but the best time to take any herbal tinctures is on an empty stomach at least 20 minutes before a meal. It's maximizes absorption.

That's what I needed. Thanks, Rikky1!

I start my Babesia protocol today. I would love to think that I will breeze through it and that my 2014 stint knocked it out but from everything I read here, I am bracing for the fallout in two weeks.

Getting ready to put in the hard work for it to work out!

Good luck, PPT!

You have Artemisinin (not whole herb Artemisia), right?

I found the Enula to be benign...never affected me (from what I could tell)

That one says it's an extract of Sweet Wormwood 30:1 500 mg.

The same company sells Artemisinin. I don't if this 'extract' of the whole herb is the same..or not.

Was this particular one recommended by your LLMD?

Thanks for pointing that out. I ordered the one for folks intolerant of Artemisinin. I should have been ordering the one you mentioned.

Great save, Girlie! I owe you!
