My daughter is going to make me a Lyme planner, and I want it to have all the works.
And I don't want to think of something important after she has made it, lol. What would you put in a Lyme planner?
So far I've thought of:
- Medical alert
section and emergency contact list in the beginning
- Diagnosis page
- Medication page
- Supplement page
- Page to list doctors and their contact information
- Overview calendar for the full year to mark appointments, etc.
- Then weekly pages with columns for each day's:
--- Medicines and supplements
--- Maybe food log
--- Place to mark appointment
Any other ideas?
