Xylitol still effective if put in something hot?

So always wondered if Xylitol stays effective as a biofilm buster if you say put it into hot tea or coffee? Does it break down the structure to make it ineffective?

Good question. I know it can handle body temp because it is in gum.

But that doesn't mean it's still effective - has retained it's properties...to be a biofilm buster.
