No snow to shovel here. It is cold, though.

How are you feeling Serfr? (when you're not shoveling snow!)

Plowed and shoveled snow.

We had about 10 inches and extreme wind. Still have strong winds and white outs this A.M.

I felt a little weird after but Its been a busy week working outdoors on and off out in this cold this past week.

Hope you feel better soon,, remember to take breaks and rest.

When or if we are doing better we sometimes overdo it.

Take care, Jo

I'll be out there later! It was still snowing when I went to bed last night. Winds are very high so I will bundle up, don't want to get frostbite...

12 years well ~ used Dr. Jernigan's protocol from his book about Biological Medicine (used Borrelogen, Microbojen and Neuro-Antitox).

I still detox even though healed and drink Green Vibrance. I come back to help others for others helped me when I was sick. Pay it forward! smile

No snow here...... We were having summer last week. I was wearing shorts here in California. But oh how we need water. We prefer the snow so it can slowly melt and not damage the areas that had horrific fires this year.

Do not overdo it in the shoveling area..... you will definitely pay for it. Pace yourselves.
