It is an Ayurveda herb - I have been taking Traphala for gut issues,it is one of the herbs in the mix It is supposed to removed toxins and nourish tissues. I have read at one stage that its a recommended herb for lyme by ayurvedic practitioners. Can't say I have noticed a big change taking it but then you get a lot of that treating lyme

Yeah I read it’s supposed to be great for breaking up biofilms but I haven’t come across anyone mentioning it on here
