Hi everyone!!

We arrived in Germany on Sunday and it’s been a whirlwind since we arrived. My daughter will be getting her hyperthermia treatment in the morning. I’m very anxious but I trust this team of physicians completely. And then I have my first hyperthermia on Friday.

I have been impressed on every single level. My expectations have been completely blown away and american medical system should be ashamed of that way medicine is practiced in the US.

I will have much more to write and update you with once my daughter is out of treatment and makes it through tomorrow night. She will be in ICU tomorrow night and they are letting me spend the night there with her since she is only 11. They said she has a 75% chance of full recovery in the weeks to months after the treatment with proper detoxing. She was being with excitement! As was I!!

So far we’ve met some wonderful people from the US, Australia, and several other countries. I’m surprised that, for the most part, my daughter and I are the only ones with known co infections. Everyone just “just has Lyme only. The doctors have said hyperthermia is the only infections killed with solid data to support that. Babesia won’t be killed and Bartonella might be. They’ve had some patients who swear that it has and others who have needed subsequent Bartonella treatment down the road. But even if it only does kill Lyme, just that in and of itself is huge because it will allow the immune system the ability to take on the co infections without
Lyme getting in the way.

That’s my uodate for now. Much more to come once I have more
To write about re my daughter coming through on the other side.

Are you guys going to receive rocephine in between the hyperthermia sessions? And what kind of detox techniques do they suggest over there?
Have a good and successful treatment!

So my daughter Jordan is laying next to me in the ICU recovery room. I will spend the night with her here. She made it through and have woken up very briefly twice since finishing. Once she even asked for gummy bears so I know her brain is in tact smile

It’s been a very tense day for me filled with lots of anxiety and worry. But the blessing and the curse in all this is that this morning before she started the hyperthermia, they did dark blood microscopy on both of us. And in both of our blood, despite a year and a half of heavy duty antibiotics, we both had live spirochetes happily swimming around in our blood. I took a video of it. So freaky and scary!! But made me even more certain that coming here for hyperthermia is 100% the right thing. After a year and a half of cocktails of antibiotics, rife, ozone, herbs, and Hyperbaric’s... those suckers are totally living it up in our blood. It’s sickening!! And we have zero acknowledgement and support from the government. It’s truly a crime.

So my daughter has the worst behind her. And I am both excited and terrified for Friday. Once I get through it, I’ll give you more details.

I continue to be incredibly impressed with the doctors, nurses, and support staff. It’s an incredible resource for those of us who have tried everything else to get better. I feel very blessed to have found it!!

More to come probably Sunday once I am up and running again from my treatment Friday.

Thanks for all the details and glad to hear you are both doing well so far.

Very discouraging to hear there are still spiros in there though! Ugh.

Hi! I made it through round #1 hyperthermia. They heated my core temp up to 107.5 and kept me there for several hours. During that time I got an infusion of flagyl and rocephin. Apparently the antibiotics are 60 times more powerful when used during extreme heat.

Today, I am very swollen everywhere. And I’ve had some nausea. Both of those side effects are to be expected.

My stomach is not handling the antibiotics very well. I wish I didn’t have to take them but only six more days until my next hyperthermia and then I’m done with antibiotics!!!

Both my daughter and I will do some local hyperthermia, as well. She is done with antibiotics. And they will not do a second hyperthermia treatment on her. They don’t like treating kids at all so I’m lucky they were willing to treat her even one time.

The other patients here are really awesome. Everyone has a story to tell about their battle with Lyme.

The head doctor here is coming out with a book in April or May. Should be very interesting.

I can not wait to get home!!! I miss my husband and other kids a ton. Signing off for now...

Do everything you can while there-you don't want to come home and think you should have done more.

Keep up the good work

It’s so lonely here (even with my mom and daughter here) o I’m posting s lot. Hope you guys don’t mind.

A few new people arrived yesterday and their stories are unbelievable. The living hell people have gone through with this disease. The lack of caring from the medical community. And I think I’ve figured out part of the problem...

I’ve worked in biotech/pharma for over twenty years. The American medical system is based 100% on evidenced based medicine. Placebo controlled clinical trials. There is zero tolerance in our country (and many others) for doctors who deviate from evidence based medicine and practice medicine on a “hunch”. And with Lyme, that’s a huge problem. Based on my last CDC approved labs, I don’t have lyme in my body. Yet last eeek, we could see live, happy spirochetes swimming in my blood, clearly active infection! But evidence based medical system would still say I don’t have lyme.

So in my opinion, that’s one of many challenges we face with this horrible disease. We are all sitting here in Germany trying to put our heads together to come up with answers and solutions. It’s really terrible what’s happened to us and so many others because of “evidence based medicine” when you have bacteria that evades all testing. Ugh!! Thanks for listening to my rant ;)
