Hey all. Long time no talk. I've been feeling - not good, but managing - Last few days I've noticed my finger tips pruning, like when you take a bath. This is new. Right now my hands are sweating, so that might be it - but I haven't noticed extra clammy hands. I've also just started my period (a week early) and I'm sure it's something to do with hormones. I do have major flares when I'm on my period.

Anyway, it's a little annoying. Anyone else have this? Is there any other reason other than hormones?

I have the pruning of fingers... I have two theories:

blood flow issues (from bart)

or nerve issues (again from bart)

The pruning of my fingers is much better now. My right hand doesn't get them anymore...and my left hand only once in a while.

When I have sweating episodes - the backs of my hands sweat...and when I was on Mepron, my shins sweated.

Ugh. OK. Both don't seem like fun. I'm actually drinking passionflower tea right now and the sweats have gone down and my hands aren't as sweaty. This leads me to believe it's nerve related since passionflower calms your nervous system.

I have this too, it’s got a bit better since I started taking collagen supplements although this could just be a coincidence too!

Pruning can mean so many things. Not enough water being consumed is the first thing a doc will tell you. And did you spend a lot of time in the water?

I have had pruney fingers for so long. I really think mine is collagen.

When I go swimming with either of my sisters, we compare fingertips and mine are always the pruney ones first. They never had lyme and I did.

I try and eat more collagen.

Yes, I do think it could be nerves. The only thing I have done is treat the infections...and time to heal. I've gotten 'sloppy' on taking my Hawthorn for cardiovascular support. I need to smarten up with that.
