Does anyone else get painful inflammation in their tissues? I don't hear anyone else mention this. I get stiffness in my joints and inflammation in my gut, tissues, and brain. Just wondering why I get this.

When I say inflammation in my tissues, it isn't visible swelling. It's pain, like a sensitivity pain. It feels like the same sensitivity pain I get in my scalp at times, except it's more widespread and body-wide, especially my arms.

I have gotten stiffness and soreness like that. Especially at onset of herxing . I haven't had a issue with joint stiffness or pain.

Bart did make the soles of my feet sore and Achilles hurt, But that is different.

Does it feel like a low to medium level of soreness/tingly(for lack of a better word) sensation?

When I say tingly I just cant really describe the sensation, its not like a limb falling asleep but just a weird sensation with soreness.

I used to get that all over the back of my upper legs ,buttocks, torso/trunk.

I had a really rough time with that - and it was everywhere. Detoxing and treatments were the only things that helped me. Turmeric, ginger and bromelain used to be my most important supplements because they lowered the pain a bit.

I also deal with either Lyme or psoriatic arthritis, so my joints are very much involved. Even though I have zero markers for inflammation or arthritis, my fingers and toes all twist and are bent, have "overly" large knuckles and hurt a lot.

The inflammation, which is not able to be measured by the more common testing that most doctors will run, is common for Lyme patients, although not everyone experiences pain from it.

It can also be from a combination of the inflammation and nerve/neuro issues - which can become inflamed as well.
