This ball shown is too big to penetrate though. Good to start..... then go with a 4" ball from the kids beach toy isle from target or walmart.
I can tell the instructor has never had this issue, as she is doing it partially wrong (size)and just going by what she saw/read ect.
It will also take much longer for the ball to sink in- like 5-10 min a side. Start be hip bone point and move in after each locastion "melts". Your guts/organs will move away from ball on the sides, center (gut) will just get softer as you sink into ball. The sinking is the muscle relaxing. This is myofacial release- DONT GO as fast as she is.
