So I kinda knew this but was confirmed for sure last week when I flew to Toronto from NY for a business trip. It's a 90 minute flight so going up there I was actually fine during and the rest of the day. Next day started getting flareup in symptoms that wouldn't die down then coming back 48 hours after my flight there all hell broke loose with my nerves.

It took between 3-3.5 days for the flareups to die down. This was the same thing that happened to me when I went to LA from NY but on that trip I was miserable the whole time so thinking it was the duration that correlates to the symptoms and duration. Nothing helped during these times.

So something about the altitude and duration of a flight must do something to agitate the bugs and cause my nerve symptoms to flare up. There is no mistake that the airplane trip is what caused it.

Does the high altitude kill the bugs? Is it less oxygen up there?

Anyone else run into this? I'm basically land bound unless I want to ruin 3-4 days of my life. Oy vey!

Don't worry, Girlie. Hopefully it won't. I'm sure it doesn't happen to everybody. Evanston just flew to go to the clinic. I don't recall her mentioning any problems from the flight.

I had flown a total of 21 hours (including 2 layovers) two weeks ago and became sick as a dog for 10 days with whole body aches, sinus and stomach issues, and as always accompanied by heightened anxiety. I feel fantastic right now so I do think I cleared a lot of pathogenic toxins from my body after that long flight, or I just coincidentally caught the flu. Hope you feel better!

6 1/2 hours isn't a big deal in my experience. Once you get past the 10-hour period is when you really hate yourself for getting on the plane in the first place lol. Hope everything goes well!

I think I'll be okay if it doesn't ramp up my head pressure...that's my concern.

This is very interesting ... I thought it was just me... I get a horrible 3-5 day flare every time I fly.
My family just went to FL for Christmas... it’s a 5-6 hour flight. The next day I was fevered, joint pain, laid out on the couch, feeling psycho, regular flare symptoms.

My LLMD says it’s brcause of the toxins/radiation/chemicals in the atmosphere.
