I have been having a strange symptom for the past three months. I am working now, and every time I have a face to face meeting which requires a lot of focus, I inevitably crash afterwards with tremendous brain fog. I feel normalish during meeting, but once I break focus, this sets in.

Has anyone else had this? I feel like it may be adrenal fatigue, thoughts? I have all three BBBs FYI.

Thanks!

I haven't had that exactly, but I do have weirdness during meetings. I'll be perfectly fine before the meeting, then during the meeting I'll get head pressure, increased heart rate and feel like I'm going to pass out. I've never gotten nervous in meetings, so I don't think that's what's happening. I guess it could be an adrenaline spike that sets things in motion? I don't know. But after the meetings I'm good again, if not a little tired.

I work part-time and often crash afterward, especially after teaching. I'll sit down after class is over and it's so hard to move or think enough to leave. When my kids try to talk to me later at home, sometimes I can't process what they're saying.

Absolutely has happened to me . Especially at work.

Now that I am much better it has only happened a few times in the last 3 months but before it was quite often. Almost like to much overload for my brain but I thought of adrenals to.

Mine was accompanied a warm flush in face.

So it has gotten better with ongoing treatment.
