Curious who here has tried Mega Hyrdate and what dosage did they do?

I like to see "both" sides - pros and cons. Any cons that I may be missing?

Thinking of trying this for Kid#2. Maybe myself too.

Thanks!
Kid#1: Extremely sick for several years, very difficult to treat, but doing great now!
Kid#2: Still sick now despite being treated for years but doing better (not well yet).
Kid#3: Generally good but relapsing off/on.
Me: Adv Labs positive 2016 (suspected I passed to my kids)-not as sick as others, mostly battling fatigue and yeast issues (heart/kidney issues resolved)
Treating with herbals now.

This product fizzes as soon as it comes into contact with water. The gasses it produces can cause temporary nausea as it releases gas in stomach. I recommend taking it low and slow until you are used to the product. I would take it by itself isolated by 30 minutes with a good amount of water consumed with the product. No vinegar or anything that could cause it to produce gas too fast. It only got me nauseous once but I continue to take it as it is a unique product.

The product I was looking at came in capsules. So, are you saying when the capsule dissolves in the stomach, it will react to the fluids in the stomach to fizz at that point? Or are you saying that you broke the capsules and put in water (and drank that way)? Or did you buy a powder version of it (which I just noticed they apparently have)?

I like the idea of going up slowly with a powder, but I know Kid#2 would much prefer to take capsules instead (which gives less flexibility in dosing). Wonder if one is more effective than the other?

Sorry if this seems like a simplistic question!

I was given a sample of another product that I think is very similar to Mega Hydrate. That is a tablet that dissolves.

I tried it based on some posts on here. The bloat was terrible for me even though I went slow. I stuck with it for about 5 days and then tossed it as my weight started going up as well.

Thanks for sharing. Yikes- that doesn't sound good!

Did you use the capsules or powder?

I used capsules. I started with 2 a day and went up to 4. For me, it kept getting worse.

I have taken both the capsules and the powder.
I have been doing at home ozone therapy and have been coming out in terrible rashes.
which means as I always suspected is that I am not detoxing well even after taking all those detox xupplements over many years.
I had nothing but good results from it - it wasn't at all difficult to take for me and the rash almost went away. Its means I can do more ozone treatments and the two together are helping me.
It is what they say an effective anti-oxidant.
Days that I do not do the ozone therapy I have noticed I have more energy so I take it that the two together are helping me detox.
I am only taking 2 a day its a bit hard on the budget because I am also paying the price of importing it from overseas(I am in Australia).I would highly recommend it.

What is Megahydrate supposed to do? I remember a previous thread on this some months back that had me thinking it might help my recalcitrant constipation problems. Did anyone with constipation get relief from Megahydrate?

I bought the powder the first time I used this. You add water to it. What product is similar? If you research into MegaHydrate it sounds as if it would be difficult to duplicate the product.
