Hi Lori, welcome to our community.

I see in your signature line that you have your phone number listed. It's against the forum rules - so please edit your post to remove it.

We encourage our new members to read through the information in the thread: "New to Lyme?...Start Here!" Its packed full of useful information.

Epsom salt baths are my favorite detox method.
That's listed in the detox section of the NTL thread. But, warm is recommended as sometimes hot water can make us feel worse.

The hydrogen peroxide that Serfr is referring to has a much higher concentration at 35% compared to the 3%.

Just want to point that out...we don't want anyone putting in a whole bottle of the 35% in the bath tub.

I would advise against obtaining healthcare advice from YouTube.

If ingested, solutions of hydrogen peroxide up to concentrations of 9% are generally nontoxic; however, even a 3% solution is mildly irritating to mucosal tissue and may cause vomiting and diarrhea. Ingestion of industrial-strength solutions (¡Ã10%)* causes systemic toxicity and has been associated with fatalities.

*I assume the (¡Ã10%) was meant to be (>10%), but something was lost in the translation.
