What are some ways to strengthen the immune system?
How would strengthening the immune system work against lyme and co,
as these bacteria are built to trick and evade the immune system?

That is a great link RedLabel posted. I take Vitamins C and D, a good multi, probiotic, try to get some good sleep, detox, light exercise.

Current herbs I'm focusing on (though do add in others) are Houttinaya, JK and sida acute.

I also use some essential oils for sleep, detox and muscle pain.
