I still haven't gotten my DNA Connexions test back yet, but I did get some other bloodwork back.

My mycoplasma IgG was still slightly positive, IgM was negative.
My liver enzymes were just slightly elevated (ALT I think)
EBV was negative and ALWAYS has been.

My Chlamydia Pneumoniae came back very very high at 256 IgG. Normal range is anything UNDER 14.

I called my doctor and one of her practitioners answered and said they were not too worried about that since IgG is usually a past infection. However, they said they do not see any IgM test and I don't either..

Anyway, would you be concerned? I have been taking macrolides for almost a year now so I'd think that infection would be cleared.

I would push the doctor to get the IGM data from the lab or retest.

I will let her know that I would like to see if we can get the IgM.

The lab was GenPath FYI.

Good. You don't want to have questions about something like that hanging over your head, wondering if you do or don't.

I had a weird cough with my lyme and I suspected C. Pneumoniae. I did reshi mushroom and a bunch of other mushrooms for mine.

How reliable is the testing?

Chlamydia Pneumoniae is isolated in CSF of something like 97% of people with Multiple Sclerosis. I would be concerned about it and it's not going away on its own. If you've down regulated your immune response to reduce oxidative stress, that may be why IgG is like it is and not IgM.

I am going to retest through labcorp and see what my IgG is.

So should I be concerned about having MS?

No, but getting your GI tract back in balance would be a high priority of mine.
