As some of them are blood thinners? I’ve noticed the last period and this one I’ve been spotting 2 days prior to my period, could this be because of the blood thinning effects of herbs?

It's possible, although it would depend on exactly what herbs and other meds you are taking. Herbs and med interact at time to cause an increase in 'issues' - but so can stress!

One of the herbs that a lot of Lyme patients use is turmeric, and it does thin the blood. My hubby is on warfarin for the rest of his life, so we have to watch what he takes carefully.

Yeah I notice it, not necessarily just with herbs but ever since I started treatment it happens on and off. I even take birth control to regulate my periods but my hormones have been all jacked up since starting antibiotics and herbs.
