Dear Group
Any suggestions on horrible tinnitus in my ears? I’ll put up with it during day but it’s at night. I can’t sleep as it is now it’s even worse. Anything??? Please help????

Hi Panthers, I'm so sorry you are dealing with this! I've had it for a very long time now. What has helped me the most has been Lion's mane mushroom, as I have had damage to the myelin sheath of the nerves in many areas of my body, including my ears. It's not a fast fix, but it has helped.

At night, I actually used to have to have soft music playing to help drown out the tinnitus some.

I'm sure others will be along soon to share what they have used as well.
Herb only treatment for Lyme & Bart ended 12/11 - no active symptoms for 2 yrs -Herb only treatment for Babesia ended 12/12
Had Lyme, Bart, Babs, RMSF, Ehrlichia, Myco, Anaplasmosis, EBV

Hi panthers - I have tinnitus, but mine is a bit different - it's the pulsatile tinnitus (swooshing sounds to the beat of my heart)

Actually, I think it's safe for me to say 'had' - as it has resolved now.

I think it was the recent babesia treatment that worked.
