Hi,

Doc gave me sporanox for my DS (27). Just 4 pills (100mg.) supposed to give 2 pills today and then the other 2 next week to see if any change.

Is this enough to see if it works.

I really don't post anymore b/c nothing works on my son, doc thinks yeast, test in past shows yeast.

I'm nervous only because doc kept saying how hard it is on liver. BTW, difflucan does nothing, been on it in the past and no change.

Also focusing on parasites again.

thanks for any info

Hi I cant help with the spranox as I'm not familiar with it but Milk thistle is excellent for ridding toxins fro the liver.

Just need to be sure of contradictions and allergies I think to ragweed.

I have been taking it for over a year now with no issues.

I have yeast too and it is difficult to get rid of. I have decided this week to do the 2 day broth cleanse and then strick candidia diet from there.

Take care, Jo

frikfrak - I don't know if 4 pills will work to get rid of a full-on Candida infection.

Hopefully your son will see some relief with it.

Hi,

Goshawk....thank you, he is on milk thistle, 2 per day.

Girlie....not really, going after yeast and parasites now...gave my son the 2 pills today and his appetite was much better and actually went to sleep on his own so I think it did something.

Will email doc to let her know, maybe this is something worth doing for a short time.

thanks for the reply

frikfrk/goshawk,

Have either of you tried a supplement called SF722?

I recall reading about it in the following article:

www.organiclifestylemagazine.com/issue/15-lyme-disease-holistic-protocol-to-completely-rebuild-the-immune-system

"SF722 is the best supplement I know of for taking care of any kind of fungi (yeast, mold, Candida). You can take a lot of it at once. I’ve taken up to 30 at once with no side effects. For someone with obvious signs of Candida overgrowth I recommend people take 30 a day for the first few days, and then cut back to 10 a day for a few weeks. For cases where someone is unsure of a Candida infection, take 10 a day for a few days and cut back to 5 a day thereafter. Take this supplement whenever consuming foods that may feed Candida (like sweeter fruits such as pineapple), and always have this supplement on hand."

More information (including a suggested protocol) in the above article.

You've both probably tried everything, but I figured there's no harm in mentioning it. I've not used it, so I can't speak to its effectiveness.

I wish you (and yours) much luck!
