Anyway, I take D-limonine close to bedtime, and then Magnesium glycinate right at bed time.......with no issues noticed this whole last year. about
hour apart is my usual spacing.
D-limonene can speed up Rx meds that are processed through the liver. It wont do anything to minerals
If you took them together you mag-oxy could partially absorb the DL, prob not much though. Magnesium is kinda like a sponge, there are opposing opinions on this though.
DL also helps throughout digestion and AM regularity.
DL, if taken during a lot of physical activity seem prone to creating orange flavored burps for 1 hr at the most. If your relaxing it wont do that.
