Please don't beat yourself up - it's not like you are dealing with things under your control. I've been in your shoes more often than I like to admit to (it's a scary spot to be in!).
So, what about
writing up a schedule for yourself. If you are off treatments, and have been for a while, then you will likely need to start at step one again (sorry! I know how that feels!), but it's the safest place for you to start.
If you have not yet had mold treatment, I would suggest that's where you need to start. Most people that are dealing with mold and Lyme need to treat the mold infections before they can make a lot of headway on the other infections. Get evaluated and tested for mold strains - this usually includes a nasal swab. One the strains are identified, then treatment can begin.
I would encourage you to start on the herbs though - just stay on low doses for now, as they will help you with your symptoms too.
Whatever you choose to do, I wish you the best of luck!
