I'm considering getting the IGenex coinfection panel. I think it is around $800, but I read some places that Cigna covers it partially. Some say 60% which would be great.

Has anyone had luck with Cigna or any other insurance companies covering Igenx labs?

I don't believe Cigna covered any portion of the testing I did at Igenex last year when I did my testing there. My LLMD submitted all the paperwork to my insurance, so I didn't submit it directly to them myself, but I believe all the costs came out of pocket.

Thanks everyone! I called Cigna and they said the do not cover any costs for these tests. They do cover LabCorp Lyme and Co's testing. I think they said around $100 for all babesia and bartonella testing (PCR and regular blood test).

However, they did tell me that it would go against my out of network and in network deductible. So depending on if you hit your deductible they may cover it. Example - mine is $1000 and once I hit it, they cover 40%

I am not sure if I am allowed to talk about prices so moderators remove that if you need to. Just want to help in case someone comes across this thread later that needs to know.
