What is the best test for Cortisol levels? Looking for one I can just buy and do myself, as most doctors have no idea how to test cortisol/adrenal issues.

Let me know your thoughts!

ZRT LAbs is best for your $.

You can discount order through stopp the thyroid maddness site
Had initial lyme symptoms late 80's, then again and with bullseye early 90's. Ended ABX for Lyme in 2015. Rebuilding / fine tuning / fixing muscles since then; member "10 Percenters Lyme Club". What an adventure this has been. Hashimotos adds to the enjoyment.

I think in the US you need a dr to sign for ZRT Labs

I’ve done the ZRT labs a few times.
Have also done the 24 hour urine collection to measure total cortisol twice.

And have done morning blood cortisol

ZRT is really easy to do and understand the results. I got the kit from my LLND's office so I'm not sure about needing a doctor's signature. You can google them and check their website.
