My LL practitioner wants me on s GF, DF, sugar free diet.
Fat isn’t restricted.
I do limit the bad fats though - no margarine, no shortening ..
I use mostly olive oil and butter for cooking.
My dinners are usually a big salad with olive oil, vinegar dressing with a little honey drizzled on top plus some meat.
I am GF now for two weeks - going to eliminate dairy next (I haven’t given up cheese yet ) and will remove sugar last. (Hardest for me because I have a sweet tooth)
I will still eat fruit though,
