Hi Chloe - welcome to our community.

I also have some options for the UK.

I believe they will be the same ones that Szabo and Spanish have.

I do also have some other Lyme Literate specialists if you need one for a specific problem.

( Psychotherapist, Dentist, Acupuncturist, )

Hope you stick around - this is a great group here - lots of knowledge and compassion.

Hi Girlie,

Thanks so much for coming back to me!
And I will definitely be sticking around, everyone’s kindness has really helped me through my low day today, I’ve been doing a protocol for a year now and really struggling these last few weeks, I find it really hard to take supplements as they all seem to make me feel worse, even fish oils and vitamin c at the beginning, so it’s taken me a long while to get to the killing stage I.e. silver/biocidin and now after building it up, I am having to go backwards as i’ve been feeling so bad, also the g.i. Detox (clay and charcoal)are me feel really spaced out and strange so I have been herxing pretty bad. I’m feeling pretty down and just to know you guys are out there and i’m not alone means the world, I feel like packing it all in this week.

Dont give up, we have all been there and there is hope.. You just need to find a treatment that works for you, I have found herbs make me herx more than antibiotics maybe the same will work for you.

I felt horrible upon starting treatment, things got massively worse before they got better. There were honestly points where I though I was dying and this would never go away, but it does.

Just remember treatments work and you can recover from this.

Thank you so much for your reply! That is exactly what I need right now, support, hope and kindness.
Not that my husband isn’t kind, he just doesn’t understand.
I just wish I knew why it takes me so long to get on things at the right doses or even get on things at all, I did feel better for a while, but I was so determined to get on the silver and was going slightly mad as it was all taking so long. It’s only enzymes, magnesium/calcium, zinc picollinate, a Thorne multi, vitamin d and now the g.i. Detox which is charcoal and clay for mopping up die off. Have any of you had any trouble like this? It’s not that I can’t physically take them, they just make me feel dizzy a d strange.

One more thing, I am so glad I joined this group! Honestly it may be life changing for me!

Xx
