Hi. Does this look like a typical bartonella or BLO (bartonella like organism) rash to you?
These scratches appear every now and then on seemingly random places on my body.

I just recently witnessed one of these rashes appear mere seconds after dry brushing my skin. It totally freaked me out.

This definitely looks like bartonella to me. I've gotten them before on my neck and my llmd said bartonella. Are you treating for bartonella?

Thanks for the confirmation guys.

Well right now I'm taking various herbs but soon I'm about to start the minocycline + rifampin combo.

Bluelyme all those symptoms sound quite familiar but my worst symptom is the insomnia - hence the nickname.
And yes I've had cats in the past.
Up until now my bartonella was probably dormant and asymptomatic. It's most likely the Lyme that activated it.

insomniaaa - I also have had multiple cat scratches and bites all my life.

I'm a cat lady....so....

I also think my bartonella was being kept in check until I got exposed to lyme...and went through 3 years of extreme stress.

I have had a very healthy and active life with a few anomalies....like raised bilirubin (Gilbert's syndrome) that i had for many years (first tested in my teens) ...and suddenly after treating the infections, my bilirubin is in range.

I haven't tried HBOT or BVT yet. Are they just as effective against bartonella + Lyme as the abx or the herbs?

I would use them as an adjunct - not as the main treatment protocol.
