I haven't posted in a while and am still struggling, albeit, I may be getting to the bottom of all of this; fingers crossed. I had the 23 and me and have several genetic markers for MTHFR and CBS gene mutations. Unfortunately, I had this test AFTER many IV chelations for heavy metals and it simply made it worse. Since my detoxing is compromised, nothing could get out, so the metals were simply floating around in my body.
I am also positive for EBV. What I want to know is how long before some real change in how you feel once you start supplementing for MTHFR? I restarted the Cowden protocol again and my insomnia is thru the roof, so had to scale back. There are so many things going on in my body it is difficult to know where to start, but I think the main road block is MTHFR. Sorry for the ramble.

Thanks for any feedback.

Sorry you've been struggling - but glad you may have found some answers.

I haven't tested for MTHFR so I can't help you on that subject.

But,this will bump for others to see.
