Hi all. I've been having consistent low back pain. Today, it's been more toward the left side. Does anyone else have low back pain as a regular symptom or when herxing?

I'm not sure what's causing it, but it hurts when I move different ways. Feel stiff in that area. Not sure if it's muscle stiffness or possible swelling inside somewhere. No heat or fever, though. I go to a chiropractor regularly, so it shouldn't be from spine out of alignment. It's definitely related to Lyme/co or herxing. I just don't know the cause or what to do about it other than use a heating pad when I can.

I mentioned it to my doctor when I saw him in January and showed him where it hurts. I had thought it was kidneys, but he said kidneys are up higher and what I was feeling is likely muscle pain.

I first remember it when I suddenly got IBS-C and used to associate it with that. But lately it seems to be either muscle or nerve swelling really low in the back and somewhat into the left hip/ thigh area.

I know it's Lyme related. I just don't know if it's from Lyme or bartonella or something else. I've been having a lot of muscle aches and stiffness in my shoulders/upper arms and top of forearm too, especially on the right side. Back is worse on the left side.

Hi Walkingbyfaith. I have pain in that area of my body a lot when I'm herxing. My dr said it's due to inflammation. Have you tried detoxing?

Well I feel like I've been herxing for over 2 months. I detox regularly, but I have a hard time clearing toxins. I'm hoping d-limonene will help with that. I ordered some yesterday.

I really feel like bart or Lyme one has been beating me up lately. I'm wondering if maybe I need to increase doses to push it back. So hard to tell.

Kidneys filter the body and Lyme can produce plaque, oaxalates, ammonia, and biofilm.

I have been dealing with this same thing and found almost instant relief with.

I had really bad pain in my lower back when I tried to take artiminisin. It was actually worse when I was lying down. I stopped the arteminisin, and I don't know that I need to take it, because I did not get any herxing, other then the pain in my lower back.
