I’ve been taking NAC for about a week now, up to 900mg BID. Can I take liposomal glutathione as well? I’m currently going through what I believe is a herx off of Coartem and want to know what else i can add to my detox regiment besides dry skin brushing, Alka seltzer gold, NAC, magnesium, omega 3, turmeric, and drinking water. Currently treating babs Duncani and Lyme and life has been extremely difficult since starting the babs treatment.

I think NAC boosts your glutathione, so taking both might be overkill. But I don't have experience with that.

I'm also wrestling the babesia herx from *7734* and throwing everything I can at it to stop. had to start pulsing the abx,
Lyme, Babesia, Bartonella. Symptoms began 5/2016, didn't start treatment until 9/2016. Slow but steady recovery.

I know one person with Babesia duncani who had a major improvement with the Carnicom protocol. I discussed it on this thread https://www.healingwell.com/community/default.aspx?f=30&m=3945648

However its not a cure.

He is currently trying Chlorine Dioxide treatments now and it is too early to say either way on this but I will keep everyone up to date on any developments.

Can one have too much of a good thing like Glutathione? I imagine but I wonder.

The functional MD who tried treating me for CIRS and eventually got me tested with a positive Lyme test started me out on Readisorb liposomal glutathione 3 tsp first thing in the morning. Later, she added NAC. I started out on 500 mg 2x day and worked up to 1000 mg 2x day. I haven't seen that doctor in a year, but I still take all that. I'm afraid to stop.

You can take liposomal glutathione with NAC.

I tried clicking your link but it’s not working (on my iPhone at least), can you post another link or the protocol?

Try this. If it doesnt work just search Carnicom Protocol in the house search bar and its the first result. Also I havent been receiving response notifications for quite some time so know that I can also be emailed . I hope this helps you.

i too take NAC, 500mg twice daily. it helps the liver detox. esp good if u hammer it with abx. i also take milk thistle. 7m in the treatment, my liver counts are better than before abx. my GP seems amazed and always shakes head when sees my boodwork: "your liver seems completely unaffected by all these abx"
