muscle swelling

hi new symptoms i have last couple of days is on right side on my stomach where my appendix is i dont have an appendix got it removed 18 years ago but where appendix is located i hope its my muscle it swells up getting hard for 5-15 sec and then calm down again it do so all the time last 2 days or i never notised it before is it my muscle since it calm down after 5-15 sec i guess if it was inside it was hurting and was swelled all the time?i have constipation all the time and a weird feeling in anus to not hurting directly but a kind of pain anoying thing i dont know how to say it on english but can constipation do that where it feels like it comes from muscle?
and is there somebody that tryed when talking to someone it was to hard for your brain i can talk but to hard for brain it feels like a burning pain when talking i dont know if its a stress symptom?
and if i try to help my gf with something where i have to concentrate i must give up becouse i get a very bad feeling in head feels like very much stress my brain start to burn allso and sometimes i can and nothing happend

alunke - I think you should have that pain in the appendix area checked out if it doesn't go away in a few days. (especially since you are constipated all the time).

You need to take care of the constipation...a.s.a.p. Drink more water...eat more fibre...my husband says strong coffee works. (I wouldn't know as I don't drink coffee) Are you taking lots of probiotics?
Maybe you will see the symptoms subside once that is taken care of.
