Other than Lyme, what other conditions/diseases and lead to alcohol intolerance/delayed hangovers?

Liver issues can add to hangovers, since you wont detox as well. 1)A fatty liver from living/unhealthy factors. 2)Some livers just weren't "made" the best- and there are many identifiable genes associated with this.

The intolerance part I'm not sure with diseases/conditions. Does not always have to do with body size though. For every smaller person who can "drink like a sailor" there is a big dude who cant without getting very loopy.
Had initial lyme symptoms late 80's, then again and with bullseye early 90's. Ended ABX for Lyme in 2015. Rebuilding / fine tuning / fixing muscles since then; member "10 Percenters Lyme Club". What an adventure this has been. Hashimotos adds to the enjoyment.

Candida? It makes a drunk feeling of its own sometimes.

And your liver can have issues "suddenly" from killing the critters + ABX and killer herbs. Thats why LLMDs test liver alt/ast. If you liver was already not the best....well you know....
