From drugs.com :

Ask your doctor before using atovaquone together with rifabutin. Using these medications together can make atovaquone less effective.

Using rifabutin together with doxycycline may decrease the effects of doxycycline. Contact your doctor if your condition changes or if your infection worsens.

Rifabutin can decrease effectiveness of doxy.

Rifabutin can decrease effectiveness of Atovaquone.

From Drugs.com

BUT, there are LLMD's that do pair them together.

Rifabutin goes well with minocycline though.

same with Atovaquone.
